Thursdays: History of Food Tasting Experience

Taste your way through history with a five-course dinner! Our expanded History of Food reaches back to the origins of various foods, how food shaped history, the myths and legends of their healing power, and how the hunt for certain foods formed the quest for world discovery, created our way of life, and associations with people and cultures.

Fridays & Saturdays: Taste of Germany Experience Dinner

Start off in the 1920s Speakeasy Rathskeller, explore the hidden Beer & Wine Cellar with a large variety of Old World Wines and Beers from around the world. Savor authentic German dishes from Ernest’s side of the family from Heritage Chicken Schnitzel to Old World Roulade.

Percheron Draft Horses provide an 1850s Henderson Stagecoach ride among Fall Foliage.

Saturdays: Horse-drawn Stagecoach & Wagon Adventures

Each Saturday in the fall, you can experience the lore of the Adirondacks in one night! To add to the experience, each month these nights have a different theme, from Harvest Octoberfest to the History of Adirondack Food.
