3. Begin with a spatzle-making cooking demo in the Speakeasy. Receive a recipe from the library! Learn about the history and myths of German cooking.
4. Meander to the 1886 Stagecoach dining room or retreat center.
5. Don an apron with Executive chef Cathy Hohmeyer as you explore the recipes of”

• Hand-grate kartofel phanenkucken “potato pancakes”
• Roll a classic German Beef Rouladen
• Learn of the variations of Sauerbraten
• Finish off with making a savory apple strudel!

5. Sip and learn the basics of German wine
6. Take home simple ingredients and an invitation to Chef Cathy’s on-line cooking and Nutritonal Energetics programs
