The Details
Great Camp Remembrance is in the center of our four-suite Lake House. With two interior doors to Reflections and Sunset Pine, it is ideal to host additional guests who can share its spacious living room and kitchenette. Yet, we designed it to secure these interior doors for individual privacy as each suite has an exterior entrance. One king-size and two twin beds highlight the two bedrooms, with a shower between them. There is a view of the three-acre lake lawn and our beautiful beach on pristine Lake Clear.

Disconnect from Stress & Reconnect with Nature
Though our location in the woods and on the water creates a rejuvenating destination alone, there is no WiFi, TVs, or phones in our lodgings to ensure a serene stay with a focus on relaxation, mindfulness, and making meaningful connections. We encourage you to unplug from the stresses of daily life and instead plug into the sights and sounds of nature.
However, we understand that complete disconnection may not be an option for all our guests. For your convenience, we provide complimentary WiFi in the Main Lodge lobby and gazebo.
Additionally, cell phone carriers that use Verizon towers do have some service and LTE/data coverage.

The Story
The Adirondacks, particularly our region, were once home to many iconic Great Camps. Few of us are left, and fewer remain open to the public. Great Camps were not just a style of rustic elegance; they were a center of Adirondack life where you could learn and experience the best of what the Adirondacks have to offer, from nature-based life skills to music, cooking, and, most importantly, camaraderie. We honor those traditions with a wealth of four-season experiences, and as Great Camp Remembrance is in the "center" of the Great Camp Lake House, what could be a better name?
